Expert & Technical Trainer - PMFlex & Appian / Low Code (m/f/d)

You design, develop and manage modern learning paths and innovative training formats for PMFlex & Appian - from structured starter boot camps to expert workshops. In interactive training (virtual and on-site) you enable our consultants, developer teams of our customers and employees of our partner companies. In addition to technical know-how, you use a holistic consulting minimum set - from the structured request intake to professional stakeholder advice to the application of agile methods. You develop, establish and operate efficient methods for know-how transfer in order to systematically share new insights, best practices and technological developments between consultants, customer teams and partners. You ensure the effectiveness of the training: through practical exercises, use cases, assessments, evaluations and the continuous adaptation of the learning content to sustainable competence development. The continuous development of our training portfolio is in your hands - you are actively investigating new technological trends such as AI, process mining or automation. You support the design, implementation and accreditation of training and certification programs. In close cooperation with specialist areas, partners and product managers, you shape the strategic development of our learning and enablement strategy.

Complete studies in adult education, human resources development, economic education, business informatics, computer science or a comparable discipline - complemented by proven experience in technical training and curriculum development. Multiannual experience in performing and didactic preparation of technical training, ideally in the environment of PMFlex, Appian or a comparable low-code platform. A strong understanding of IT and process is yours; Knowledge of BPM, low code, automation or adjacent technologies are a big plus. The comprehensible and inspiring communication of complex content gives you pleasure; ideally, you bring formal train-the-trainer experience or detectable activities as trainer:in or Lecturer:in adult education. Your consulting DNA is shown in your secure understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) as well as in sovereign cooperation with customers. For our international training groups, you have knowledge of German and English that is reliable. Personally, you convince with pronounced communication strength, patience, didactic sensitivity and a strong ''People Person'' mentality.
