System Technician Safety & Management Systems – Achern (m/f/d)

As a product specialist for our central management system, you are the key person when it comes to integrating and developing our security solutions. You ensure that all our systems work seamlessly, always reliable and up-to-date. Your tasks: You enter and optimise our management systems and make sure that all components are harmonized. For technical problems, you are our problem solver: you analyze, find the cause and make sure our customers are protected all around. You are responsible for technical support as well as for consulting sales teams and customers and assists in commissioning new systems. As a link between technology and sales, you actively work with our specialist areas to find the best solutions for our customers.

A completed training in electrical engineering or IT. You have the ability to penetrate complex systems and work solution-oriented. You can explain technical connections in a comprehensible manner and are strong in communication – both in the team and in direct customer contact. Very good knowledge of German and ideally good knowledge of English complete your profile.
