Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Magdeburg As part of our Global Service Delivery Team for Connected Mobility Services, you support the Global Operations Manager and local teams in ensuring and continuously improving processes and quality performance for our Connected Mobility Services: As a co-ordinator for Roadside Assistance (Pannenhilfe) Services, you support the Global Operations Manager in implementing new services and in day-to-day business at international locations focusing on Roadside Assistance Services.

You advise the Global Operations Manager as well as the local operating teams during the introduction and operation phase and ensure the continuous transfer of knowledge and experience.

You collect, analyze and prepare operational report data such as contractual KPIs and quality assurance KPIs as well as commercial data such as volume forecasting.

You continuously monitor all operational performance data and, if necessary, initiate targeted improvement measures.

You take full responsibility for case analysis and case feedback management and ensure correct, smooth processing.

You derive necessary corrective and preventive measures from the case analyses and proactively communicate the results to our customers, the respective locations and the RSA Street Operations Partner.

Education: completed university studies or completed vocational training desirable Working method: Self-motivated, structured and highly self-motivated Experience and know-how: Experience and enthusiasm in the field of Customer Care and Roadside Assistance Services (Pannenhilfe) Good understanding of numbers and reporting Safe handling of PC and MS Office applications readiness for international travel

Communication: Situational communication skills in word and writing for exchange with various partners (customers, locations, external partners); Language: very good English skills, other languages such as German are advantageous
