Working Student – HR Projects (m/f/d)

Promoting learning: You support our Learning & Development team in implementing learning and development measures and actively contribute to the further development of our employees. Optimize processes: You help the HR team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth processes so that everything remains in the river. Strengthen communication: You make sure that information flows effectively within the HR team and between departments and that networking is improved. Create events: You support the organisation and implementation of internal events and promote engagement and participation. Bringing innovation: You are researching and introducing new ideas to support the development of modern HR strategies. Keeping data in mind: You carry out administrative tasks like KPI reports and contribute to complying with standards and making progress transparent.

Everything is considered: You study economics, economics, economic psychology or a comparable area. In words, you have excellent communication skills – written and oral. Internationally networked: You speak fluent German and English and move safely in an international environment. You work independently, take responsibility and drive projects forward. Experience advantage: Ideally you have international experience and first professional experience in a similar field. Technic affinity: You master MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and supports data-based decisions. Creative Vision: You have an eye for design and appeal to presentations and communication materials.
