Senior Project Manager in Construction, Tendering & Awarding (m/f/d)

Call for tenders & awards: You carry out the LV-based tendering, collect offers, set price levels, conduct the award negotiations independently and prepare the award decisions for general contractors and trades. Performance directories from the execution planning: You develop detailed performance directories from the execution planning as well as cost estimates and calculations based on DIN 276 and establish this process as a new standard, as an alternative and supplement to our previous functional tender based on the space book. Building the award standard: You build a reusable LV and award standard across all locations, which brings every new practice into implementation more quickly and reliably. In doing so, you use modern technologies and artificial intelligence specifically where You support your everyday work. Participation in monitoring & control: In close coordination with our existing project management, you can manage project- and site-wide monitoring and control – dates, costs, quality and decreases – and create additional capacity for our growth, with the prospect of gradually taking over time. The local building management is located with the general contractor or a commissioned structure. Interface: You work closely with our architecture and planning team, the external specialist planner: inside (including fire protection and TGA) and the executive companies, making it a smooth transition from planning to procurement and implementation.

Announcement & performance directories (one main focus): Embossed experience in creating detailed performance directories and cost estimates according to DIN 276 from execution planning, with knowledge of VOB/C and StLB/StLK. To do this routine in a common AVA software such as California.pro, ORCA AVA, Nevaris or iTWO. A suitable basis: You have a completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, construction or project management or a comparable qualification, for example as a construction technician:in or master:in. To do this, you will bring several years of experience in the tendering and awarding or in the construction and project management. GU- & contract competence: You have experience in dealing with general contractors and trades as well as in contract management and follow-up management, and you are familiar with the basics of VOB. Negotiation Security: You evaluate conditions safely, negotiate with GUs and trades at eye level and represent your position convincingly. Fingertip feeling: You establish a new process in a well-established team, with openness, collaboration and the sense of respecting and supplementing existing responsibilities instead of overwriting. Hands-on mentality: You take responsibility from day to day, find pragmatic solutions without a predetermined path and gain internal and external partners for your ideas. Mobility & Digital Affinity: You are ready to visit our sites regularly and work safely with MS Office as well as project and AVA tools. For us it is not that you already know each tool, but that you are open to learning new things. Practical construction & planning (of advantage): experience with functional performance descriptions, experience in health or practical construction, understanding for ArchiCAD and BIM planning as well as a membership in an architectural chamber are a plus, but no need.
