In your role as Change Manger / Change Manager IT, you contribute to providing the core processes of BARMER-IT stable and reliable. They take responsibility for the company-wide IT-Change process – from initial planning to complete implementation – and ensure the continuous control of all IT-related changes. In doing so, analyze and evaluate the potential impact of changes on IT operations and make informed decisions on implementation. You can also run the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and the Post Implementation Review (PIR). The assessment, planning and authorization of critical changes are part of your tasks as well as the participation in reviews and Lessons Learned. In close cooperation with process managers, service owners and external service providers, you continuously optimize the change management process – for example by KPI analyses and monitoring the Service Level Agreements (SLA). In addition, you coordinate the time planning and central control of production set-ups within the framework of planned releases.

They have a completed study of (economic) informatics or a comparable qualification in the IT field. Multiannual practical experience in classic and agile IT-Change management as well as in the design and optimization of process sequences. Funded knowledge of the IT infrastructure is essential for the evaluation of changes. Professional handling of ITSM tools like ServiceNow and Jira is familiar to you – ideally complemented by an ITIL certification. Communication strength, decision-making and a sovereign appearance are the key. In the team you act proactively, bring a high degree of initiative and take responsibility. The coordination of releases on weekends is not an obstacle for you – your willingness to use is also apparent outside classic working hours. Very good knowledge of German in word and writing (at least C1 level) complete your profile.
