Sales Coordinator / Pre Sales Operation Manager Part-time (m/f/d)

In your function, you play a central role in the support of our sales and ensure the correct maintenance, updating and quality assurance of all relevant customers, contract and sales data in the CRM system. You provide transparency in sales by keeping contracts, transit times, notice periods and special conditions in a structured manner and creating a sound overview of pipelines, stock and extensions through meaningful reports and overviews. In addition, you relieve the customer consultants operatingly by preparing supply and contract documents, coordinating status queries and acting as the first contact person:in for internal sales requests. You act as a link between sales, sales management and adjacent specialist areas and ensure smooth coordination along the entire contract life cycle. In addition, you actively participate in the further development of sales processes, data standards and reporting structures, identify optimization potentials in data management and contribute to sustainable quality assurance and efficiency enhancement in sales.

You have successfully completed a commercial training or have a comparable qualification. Ideally, you will bring experience in the sales service, back office, contract management or in a comparable administrative sales function. A very good understanding of sales processes, contract logics and the safe handling of CRM, contract or ERP systems are featured. You work structured, carefully and independently and place great emphasis on data quality, reliability and transparency. Communication strength, service orientation, team spirit as well as the ability to coordinate with internal and external interfaces complete your profile. Industry knowledge in the field of telecommunications, glass fibres or infrastructure is desirable. The safe handling of MS‐Office applications is obvious to you.
