Workday Specialist (m/f/d)

In the Workday implementation project You actively participate in the introduction of Workday HCM and work closely with IT and HR experts as a project member. You analyze HR requirements and support the mapping of standardized, digital HR processes in the system. You identify optimization and automation potentials for developing our HR digitalization. You accompany system tests and assist in the preparation of the Go‐live. You'll start internal documentation, run demos and use training and enablement measures. After the Go‐live: your tasks in operation and support You enter and develop the Workday modules in close cooperation with HR, IT and other stakeholders. You evaluate change requirements and exercise the technical control of our AMS provider. You accompany the regular Workday releases, analyze new functions, perform tests and document the results. You stand by HR and IT as an expert (w/m/d) and actively shape the Workday user experience. You create and support system and process tasks and support users in second level support.

You have a completed degree in the field of economic information, business management or a comparable degree programme. You bring several years of professional experience in a similar position. You have a well-founded knowledge of at least Workday HCM Core and Workday Security as well as ideally other Workday modules (e.g. Compensation, Recruiting, Learning, Talent Optimization or Absence Management). You can explain complex topics clearly, precisely and understandably. You have very good knowledge of German and English.
