Your duties

• Area Responsibility:They conduct the dry range independently and ensure a smooth business process
• Sales promotion: They design the department in terms of an attractive product presence and cleanliness
• Assortment care: You accept the ordering and are responsible for the correct price award
• Leadership: You know how to motivate your team and are entrusted with personnel deployment planning

Your conditions

• Professional experience: They ideally have completed training in retail
• Management responsibility: They preferably rely on first experiences in the management of staff
• Customer-oriented appearance: They have joy in dealing with people and have a passion for retail
• Organisational skills: Whether goods disposition or personnel deployment planning - you always have your department in mind
