Inventory Transfer and Direct Back Office Connection Clerk (m/f/d)

You are a central contact person and take over the communication between our product and sales partners - open, reliable and at eye level. You accompany our sales partners with their technical and process questions and find suitable solutions together with them. You research and process open processes, keep an overview of complex issues and set the right priorities. With your communicative way, you will make it easy for our sales partners to feel good at all issues relating to stock transfer and direct connection. You are mainly responsible for written inquiries, but if necessary you also like to access the phone to clarify things directly. You are actively engaging with your ideas and you want to get to know and shape the world of a modern broker pool.

You have successfully completed a commercial training and have several years of professional experience in the back office. You work structured, reliable, and you also have a stamina in challenging situations. Your very good oral and written communication skills as well as your enforcing strength characterize you. You work independently, carefully and with a high degree of self-initiative. You are safe to use in MS Office and are open and interested in new technologies. Ideally, you have experience in the insurance environment.
