You provide the participants with basic technical and professional skills and support in the implementation of projects and support the participants in a practical manner also in the context of operational internships or Qualification phases. You support the participants on their way to a resilient work and training capacity through positive learning and working behaviour. A completed training as a carpenter with a master certificate or a comparable qualification Traineeship according to the instructor's eligibility regulation (AEVO) Pedagogical additional qualification (ReZA) and knowledge in dealing with the target group Experience in the guidance of young adults with mental impairment, learning disability or autism desirable Impressed team capacity as well as independent and responsible action Joy in work with people The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
