The EDEKA group Nordbayern-Sachsen-Thüringen is one of seven regional groups of companies of the cooperatively organized EDEKA association. Responsibility for quality management at our warehouse locations Gochsheim, Berbersdorf and Marktredwitz Professional leadership and training of operative employees in relation to the quality management system Communication of quality principles / brand specifications to promote quality awareness in the company Evaluation of “main complaints” and conducting customer talks Weekly reporting / definition of risk groups between purchasing & QS Further development and maintenance of the QM manual and communication of changes Support in quality-relevant projects Project leader for the national complaint tool Recognizing and driving process optimizations

You have a completed, business studies or a commercial training with a corresponding training and can refer to several years of experience in the fruit & vegetables sector Ideally you bring experience from quality management You have a convincing appearance and have very good communicative skills You are structured in your actions and enduring in your actions Analytical and conceptual thinking belongs to your strengths You like to work in a dynamic environment, to constantly develop themselves and take on new challenges You are ready to travel occasionally to our camp sites Berbersdorf and Marktredwitz You are versed in dealing with current MS Office products, knowledge in SAP complete your profile
