Industrial businessman, farmer, economist, etc. Sales Manager (m/x)

As Sales Manager (w/m/x) you present our company to potential customers and identify their needs in personal conversations.

Your task?

• Identification of target customers: You are researching and identifying potential customers and business opportunities for the new customer acquisition in the German-speaking world.
• Company presentation: You provide our company and our solutions professionally and convincingly with potential customers.
• Confession work: You talk to potential customers to understand their needs and to offer customized solutions.
• New customer acquisition: You take responsibility for the entire process chain of new customer acquisition – from the first contact to the project conclusion.
• Market and competition analysis: You’re testing the market to identify and use new trends and opportunities at an early stage.

You bring that?

• training in the commercial sector (e.g. industrial businessman/wife) or
• (specialized)higher education with branch of business management, VWL or comparable qualification
• Communication strong and open-minded team player with great negotiating skills and persuasiveness
• Embossed service orientation, fast conception, sovereign appearance
• German knowledge of at least C1 levels
• Ready to travel
