You can do this with us:

• Central contact for our customers and responsible for the technical building management
• Ensuring contract performance and customer satisfaction
• Responsible for the production of maintenance and testing services as well as performance and quality control
• Monitoring of statutory audit periods and requirements as well as warranty, defect and damage management
• Costing and supply creation for control and additional services
• Call for tenders, award, monitoring, acceptance and coordination of subcontractors
• Monitoring, acceptance and coordination of subcontractors
• Personal management, deployment planning and leadership of your local team

Take this with you:

• A successfully completed training in TGA, HKLS, electric, cold or a comparable course of study
• Continuing training to the specialist / state-tested technician or comparable desirable
• Multiannual professional experience and cross-work experience of advantage
• Knowledge in MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel
• Friendly, customer-oriented and binding appearance
• Structured and targeted mode of operation
