Automotive Service Advisor Passenger Cars (m/f/d)

You advise our customers on technical issues – personal and competent You carry out the service advice directly on the vehicle and ensure transparency on behalf of the vehicle You create workshop orders according to manufacturer specifications and have the handling in mind You also accompany our customers in case of damage, assist in handling and calculate costs You work closely with workshop, warehouse and service team to ensure a smooth running You actively maintain your customer contacts and contribute to long-term binding with your advice

You have completed technical or commercial training in motor vehicles Ideally, you bring experience as a service consultant (m/w/d) – a car master title is welcome, but no need You have well-founded technical knowledge and also keep track of the customer conversation You perform professionally, are strong in communication and are happy to work in the team You act independently, structured and reliable – with Class B driving licence
