Conception, development and implementation of digital learning formats (e.g. eLearnings, explaining videos) in close cooperation with specialist departments Didactic and methodical advice of internal contractors in the development of training content Demand determination and structured documentation of eTraining projects independent creation and design of eTrainings or coordination of external service providers Functional preparation and provision of learning media in the Global Learning Management System (LMS) Supporting local HR teams to implement digital learning formats and support in implementing learning concepts Regular updating and evaluation of training contents, including maintenance in LMS Global analysis of learning needs to select suitable external learning providers as well as control of the selection process and coordination with internal demand providers Participation in the evaluation, further development and optimization of our LMS and/or LXP Interface to Corporate IT for technical requirements, processes and developments Quality assurance in the content management and usability of the platform Implementation of trainings, moderations and training at the Corporate Academy Methodological-didactic consultation of internal departments and (local) academies in the implementation of learning content Close cooperation with HR, Talent Development and other stakeholders to coordinate education

Complete studies in the field of pedagogy, instructional design, economic psychology, media education, BWL Department of HR, etc., desirable or comparable qualification Experience in the design and implementation of digital learning formats (e.g. with Articulate, Synthesia or the like) Very good knowledge of learning management systems (e.g. SAP SuccessFactors) Experience in project management and cooperation with different stakeholders Didactic understanding, structured working and high consulting skills Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
