For our general team at the Stuttgart site, we are looking for an employee for the basecamp Kick-Start project as a Jobcoach / Pedagogical Specialist / Professional Advisorin / Training Begleitung (m/w/d) in full time.

With these tasks you can also contribute your part to our mission: You support the design, coordination and design of the basecamp Kick-Start project to prepare trainees for training and support during training. You acquire and coordinate the fees involved in the project (super tutors, trainers). You support the design and implementation of softskill workshops. You are a reference person for the trainees as well as the training companies, vocational school teachers, school social workers and, if necessary, Parents of the participants. You support the young people with administrative topics and questions about training. You build contact with various actors and enter the partner network. You create and document individual development plans for young people. You organize events and (new) offers for trainees, trainers and relevant stakeholders on the subject of training. Your work place is Stuttgart, you work closely with the colleagues of the Mannheim and Munich site and are ready for business trips.

Personality and team fitness are particularly important to us and we are looking forward to getting to know you in the application process. We would be happy if you already brought some of these hard facts: You have a successfully completed study in the field of education, education, social work, social sciences, economics, humanities. Or training in the social/pedagogical field or comparable qualifications. You already have experiences in working with young people. You can create individual development plans for young people and document them in the database. You know the subtleties of targeted communication. You are sovereign and experienced in conflict and crisis management. You can deal with the different needs of disadvantaged young people, partner companies and volunteer project staff. You're dealing with MS Office and PC-based databases routined. You work in a team based on results and constructively. You have a start-up mentality, fun at challenges and the development of new ideas.
