HR Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibility for operational personnel work along the entire employee lifecycle Control of the entire recruiting process and cooperation with Employer Branding Creation of work contracts, contract changes, certificates and other personal documents Organisation and implementation of professional onboarding processes Maintenance of personal files as well as personnel master files and HR systems Contact person for employees and managers in labour law and personal business issues Preparation of personal measures and close coordination with the management of the firm Cooperation with external pay and salary accounting and provision of accounting information Support for personnel development and further training programmes

Successfully completed studies focusing on human resources management, business management or business psychology or comparable commercial training with HR further education Multiannual practical experience as HR Generalist, Personnel Officer or HR Business Partner - ideally in a firm, audit or other service company Good knowledge of individual labour law Experience in recruiting and operating personnel work Safe handling of MS Office and ideally experience with modern HR software solutions German and English Embossed communication skills, organizational talent and a sovereign occurrence
