(Junior) SAP Ariba Administrator - Procurement (m/f/d)

You manage and manage our SAP Ariba System (user, role and workflow management). You support purchasing teams and demand providers in questions about system usage in the daily business. You accompany suppliers in the system connection and in the catalog enablement. You develop release processes, workflows and master data logics together with the departments. You coordinate service enquiries and first-level consultations along with IT, SAP Ariba and external partners. You will participate in system changes, tests, releases and rollouts within the group of companies.

You have a degree or training in the field of business management, purchasing, business informatics or comparable. You bring first practical experience in purchasing, procurement environment or key users and have ideally already worked with digital purchasing systems such as SAP Ariba, SAP, SRM or similar tools. You have a good understanding of purchasing processes, especially procure-to-pay and release processes. You work safely with MS Office, especially Excel, and have a high system and process affinity. You work structured, reliable and service-oriented and enjoy working with various departments as well as IT. You want to develop professionally and on the system side and communicate safely in German and English.
