Support and design of contact between children and their parents in stressed family situations Ensuring child welfare during management Monitoring and documentation of contacts Cooperation with other departments Advice and support of parents in the context of the situation Participation in team meetings and case meetings

Complete study of social education, social work or a comparable qualification Experience in working with families and children, ideally in the field of management empathy, conflictability and an appreciation of basic attitude Ability to stay professional and neutral even in difficult situations Self-employed and structured work Flexibility and readiness to schedules on different weekdays and at different times
