You will also be involved in the following tasks: cooperation in sustainability reporting to CSRD of the ZEISS Group

Active cooperation in the collection, analysis and processing of environmental indicators of the ZEISS Group, including the provision of audit compliance

Support in the training of sites on data collection

Own operation of the IT tool for environmental data collection and securing a timely reporting in exchange with the reporting sites

Conducting independent analyses on sustainable issues

Current studies in the field of sustainability management, environmental sciences, economics, engineering, corporate management or a comparable subject with reference to sustainability

First experiences or active interest in entrepreneurial sustainability and sustainability strategy

Ideally, first knowledge of sustainability reporting, in particular the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)

A structured, reliable and targeted way of working and excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Good knowledge of MS Office
