Project Manager (m/f/d)

Your duties As a Project Manager Business Partner (d/m/w), you act as a central interface and strategic partner of the Cabins and Airframe Engineering department. Your responsibility includes: Data integration & analysis: compilation, evaluation and monitoring of project parameters such as time, cost, resource and quality data. Programming & Project Planning: Creation and maintenance of milestones and schedules including detailed information on standardized project structure plans (PSP / WBS). Risk & Opportunities Management: Continuous identification, assessment and management of risks and optimization potentials. Project control & monitoring: ongoing performance and progress tracking, compilation of reporting for stakeholders as well as preparation and monitoring of phase reviews (Quality Gates). Configuration & Change Management: Monitoring and Control of Contract-relevant Data Configurations and Formal Change Management. Process & Tool implementation: introduction, adaptation and optimization of standardized project management processes as well as modern PM tools.

Education & qualification Successfully completed studies (min. Bachelor) in one of the following disciplines: Engineering Aerospace Technology Industrial engineering Economics or a comparable qualification

Professional Experience & Expertise Project management: More than 3 years of well-founded professional experience in operational and strategic project management (preferably in industry or aviation). Process optimization: More than 3 years of experience in continuous process improvement. Stakeholder Management: At least 2 years of experience in active control and communication with different interfaces. Methodological knowledge: Detectable, well-founded practical knowledge in change management and risk management. IT & language skills Detailed special skills in dealing with MS Office (in particular Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project etc.). Solid user knowledge in handling Google Workspace. Languages: German and English knowledge in word and writing (project-relevant working language). Personal strengths Excellent communication skills as well as strong persuasion to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Found experience in cooperation with cross-functional teams (development, design, commercial units). Analytical thinking, solution-oriented working and the ability to prioritise complex tasks in a targeted manner under term pressure.
