IT Administrator - Windows Infrastructure / IT Support (m/f/d)

You are the first contact point for our colleagues: in the 1st and 2nd level support, you solve technical problems concerning hardware and software – by ticket system, telephone or directly on site. You manage and maintain our IT infrastructure, in particular the Windows server landscape (e.g. Exchange, Fileserver) as well as our network components and telephone systems. You actively participate in the further development of our IT services, support IT projects such as system rollouts and bring your own ideas to process optimization. You create and provide technical documentation, manage the IT inventory and share your knowledge by designing instructions and training for our employees.

You have a completed training in IT or a comparable qualification You bring experience in IT support and IT administration You have well-founded knowledge in Windows operating systems, networks and in server and desktop administration Ideally you have certifications such as CompTIA (A+, Network+, Security+), Microsoft (AZ-900, SC-900, MS-900), Cisco (CCNA) or ITIL 4 Foundation You have very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing You work structured and solution-oriented with high service orientation
