You are the central contact point and welcome customers to process their requests for current accounts, credit cards and lockers.

You provide information on card functions, account balances and contractual terms.

You ensure smooth forwarding of customer requests to the relevant consultants – whether personally, by phone or email.

The conscientious care and monitoring of customer data in the internal system is also one of your daily tasks.

You actively participate in special administrative tasks and various projects.

You have a completed commercial qualification, ideally in banking.

Pre-experiences in customer support are advantageous.

Their personality is characterized by a pronounced service orientation and joy in the care of demanding clients.

You speak fluently German and have solid English skills.

A well-maintained appearance and a positive appearance are essential for this position.
