In the interdisciplinary team, You supervise numerous projects of the Federal Offices, the Civil Protection Agency, the Bundeswehr, the Guest Forces and other federal authorities in Westphalia. You work in an area characterised by a high and interesting variety of measures, including with the aim of building climate-neutral You have a lot of diplomacy in the coordination with the representatives of authorities, with stakeholders, with users and internally with the construction-leading level of the Bundesbau branch You advise, support and examine structural and economic issues as well as the implementation of public law procedures You are responsible for the technical control of costs, dates and qualities to comply with the project objectives and to comply with the structural policy objectives You advise the utilising departments and the promoters of measures in the field of construction in the qualification of requirements, in the execution of variant views and the long-term development of the federal offices.

You have completed your studies in civil engineering, industrial engineering (construction), architecture, electrical engineering, facility management, or comparable to FH-Diplom engineer or Bachelor or career qualification for category 2.1 of the senior technical administration service

Depending on the personal and operational requirements, a fee from the E11 Group to the E13 TV‐L (approximately € 53.250,00 – approx. € 84.300,00 per year) with all agreed social services (e.g. occupational pensions) is possible for employees.
