You ensure childcare within the community accommodation. You plan and organize different activities, such as the leisure programme and childcare. You support the residents of Kita and Hortplatz registration. You provide accompanying parental work to convey the cultural understanding of child education. You take over the professional guidance of employees and volunteers in the care and promotion of German. You support concept developments for the care of, among other things, traumatized children. You develop concepts to integrate children and young people into society beyond the accommodation.

You have completed vocational training as an educator or educator or an academic degree in the educational field or comparable courses. You love dealing with different cultures and are open to working in an intercultural context. You have very good knowledge of German in word and writing, further language skills are of advantage. You have knowledge of the legal basis of child welfare and can also act accordingly. You have grown mentally, physically and characteristically to the requirements of responsible work with young refugees. Your management certificate has no registrations.
