In the ZEISS Semiconductor Mask Solutions business unit, you take over the governance of all development projects and technology studies in the EUV Metrology department. This includes:

Leadership and Management: Discipline and professional management of the R&D team Software EUV Metrology, active interface management and determination of internal qualification measures of employees, across locations in Jena and Oberkochen

Development and implementation: Development of complex measurement systems for testing photomasks, ensuring process compliance and documentation of all development activities

Strategic planning: design and advance of the functional roadmap, regular testing of KPIs for the development of improvement measures and demand-oriented cost and resource planning

completed studies in the scientific or engineering field with focus on computer science

well-founded professional experience in the development and management of complex projects, ideally in the semiconductor industry

proven leadership experience of a larger team (> 8 employees)

Knowledge of agile and classic project management as well as experience in process-driven companies and KPI management

very good communication skills and enforcement

knowledge of English in word and writing
