Debitor accounting and receivable management You ensure the reliable processing of our demands and thus contribute to the economic stability of the company. You monitor the technical and terminological workflow in debitor accounting and process open demands on standardized dunning and blocking processes. You cause interruptions and restorations of the connection use. You compile demands for statistical evaluations. Customer communication and coordination You communicate professionally with our customers and coordinate the operations of our external service. You negotiate with customers in the front and back office and agree in the course of installments, rallies and security services. You carry out the pre-work and post-work for the external service and control the employee deployment. Legal procedures and documentation You work with legal partners and ensure complete documentation of all process steps. You shall cooperate with lawyers in judicial decision-making and action. You shall assist in executing and foreclosure by the debtor. You will do the correspondence in judicial dunning and lawsuits.

You have a completed economic study or a completed commercial training with additional training to the specialist in a relevant field. You have special knowledge in connection with enforcement and insolvency proceedings. Knowledge of debitor accounting and energy-economic processes is desired. You bring ready-to-use knowledge in handling ERP systems and MS Office applications. Your competences: You work independently, independently and in a solution-oriented manner – and thereby initiate entrepreneurial thinking. You convince with reliability, conscience and durability. You are characterized by team skills, flexibility and factual and friendly appearance.
