Your tasks:

• As a project manager in after sales you take over the complete, cross-standard execution of service projects with the Remodeling and maintenance of our worldwide existing customer facilities.
• To ensure our profitability and satisfaction Customers conduct continuous project controlling and evaluate Costs, quality and have a look at the scheduled dates.
• You are central contact persons for your service projects, Reports regularly intermediate and are in close, proactive Exchange with the relevant Service Account Manager and the internal specialist departments.
• Another focus of the tasks is the independent execution the orders via the ERP and CRM system for better Traceability. The customer assignments on site will be from you pre- and post-preparation. This includes: Instruction of the service technicians and the responsibilities clarification. During use, you are considered by our technicians Contact person available in consultation.

Your profile:

• You have successfully completed your technical studies, Continuing training for technicians or an industrial economy Continuing training with upstream technical training.
• Ideally you bring relevant professional experience in the machine or plant construction with or own as service / Commissioning technicians have many years of experience.
• Your goal is the highest quality and satisfaction of our Customers - You can achieve this with your high customer orientation, your interdisciplinary and solution-oriented thinking and working methods.
• You have practical experience and good knowledge of how to handle Project management tools as well as with common MS Office applications.
