Trading is responsible for structuring, pricing, hedging and risk management of all DZ BANK AG's capital market products. In close cooperation with the other areas of the Souâd Benkredda Dezernates Capital Market, we offer optimal solutions for the different needs of our customers: Be it in the investment, refinancing, optimisation of regulatory key figures, working capital, or hedge against interest or currency risks. In the field of capital market trading, flow & derivative products with tailored product properties are developed, marketed and managed actively for institutional as well as for retail customers. A high level of competition and the constantly changing customer demand are challenges to which the area reacts through a demand-oriented product portfolio and a continuous expansion of performance to the electronic platforms. Your duties during the trainee program include cooperation in day-to-day business in the trading and structuring tables, the development and analysis of product ideas, and the digitization of processes. Get to know all hedging instruments you need for professional risk management. In your 12-month trainee program with an individual throughput plan, you will be trading in the various units in the capital markets sector, hoping to invest in key units outside the sector and gain a comprehensive insight into the capital market business. The location of your activity is Frankfurt am Main.

You will have a full-time master's degree (summary 2.5 or better), preferably in mathematics, computer science, natural sciences or economics. You will have first experience and knowledge of market-based assessment procedures, e.g. from internships or work studies in various capital market segments, in order to quickly manage your daily business. C1) in writing as verbal verhandlungssicherheit. Your own initiative, willingness to perform and teamwork will complete your profile so that you can enrich our work in interdisciplinary teams with your spirit and introduce new ideas.

Perspective: You start with an indefinite contract and a salary of EUR 68,000 during and EUR 74,000 after the trainee program.
