Living standards. For our large order in Hamburg-Finkenwerder we are looking for reinforcement for quality assurance. In this position, you ensure that our services meet the high quality requirements of the aviation industry. With a trained look for details, a structured way of working and a high quality awareness, you actively contribute to the continuous improvement of our processes and workflows. Your tasks and responsibilities Checking the performed cleaning services with regard to quality, completeness and compliance with agreed standards Documenting test results and tracking of detected deviations Support in the analysis of causes and the development of sustainable improvement measures Participation in the further development of work instructions, forms, checklists and quality processes Creating and updating training documents based on recognised optimization potentials Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and defined process standards Close cooperation and regular coordination with the quality manager as well as the operational managers on site

Experience in quality assurance or quality control, ideally in an industrial environment Technical or craft vocational training, for example as industrial cleaners, industrial mechanic, mechatronics or a comparable qualification Alternative multi-year practical experience in quality management Knowledge of quality-critical areas of the automotive industry, aviation and shipbuilding Experience in technical cleaning is desirable Safe handling of PC, tablet and MS Office applications, especially Word and Excel Structured, careful and self-responsible operation Embossed quality awareness, hands-on mentality, team spirit and reliability
