As the responsible director of our construction sites, preferably in the regions of Bavaria, Baden-Württemberg and Thuringia, you support our project management in the implementation phase on site and ensure the time-, cost- and quality-oriented execution of all works This includes, in addition to ramming and assembly work, the setting of foundations for large battery stores, the associated earthing and cable laying work as well as the construction of access paths for heavy load transporters and cranes You coordinate the use of your predominantly Romanian employees as well as the specialized partner companies, envisages the timely construction site facility and ensures optimal material and equipment use The necessary building daybooks and performance certificates are carried out by you, acceptances and allowances and necessary supplements are coordinated with the project management In the hot phases of the project, you will be at the construction sites of the decision-makers on site and understand that as a sympathetic communicator and good negotiators, you will conjure the many project participants to the common goal and organize cooperative cooperation for the joint success And, of course, you, as a responsible manager, ensure the safety of work, the health protection of all construction workers and the protection of the environment through professional instruction.

As an experienced polisher or construction engineer, you know the challenges of comparable construction projects and have fun at work on site You love it when your plan works but stay flexible when unforeseen situations require quick decisions Your organizational talent and your foreseeable view ensure smooth construction and guarantee a timely completion You communicate safely in German and ideally also in Romanian and know how to help you in English too But above all, you have a lot of fun at work with different people and nationalities and understand how to achieve a pleasant and productive cooperation Still necessary qualifications such as the electric power for defined activities or driving licences for construction and forklift vehicles, we will teach you in the installation phase
