We are the real family bakery from Kiel. For 5 generations, a baker Günther has been leading our company and this is also good. For us and our over 400 employees in and around Kiel. To strengthen our Backstubenteam in Kiel Wellsee we are looking for Mo-Sa from 19:00-03:00 and in the high season of Mo-So from 20:00-04:00 (5-day week):

• You secure and improve our high quality standards – best, healthy baked goods from the region, made with care and experience
• You create recipes and successfully implement them, bringing you creative product development ideas and making them clear and optimal processes
• You make doughs and masses and apply various production methods
• Technology is interested in you and playful-proof service
• You control hygiene rules and actively apply them in daily work
• You have a handcrafted professional degree (Gesellenbrief, Master)
• You have solid knowledge in the production of doughs and masses
• You are familiar with state-of-the-art bakery technology and like to solve problems
• You have a good technical understanding and organizational experience
• Your job is fun and you want to learn again and again
• You like to be part of a team and together you always find a way for a good solution
