Tasks As part of our central team, you work at the international interface between purchasing, logistics and sales and ensure that processes interact smoothly. Shopping & Material Management Implementation of material disposition with order processing Close communication with suppliers and existing supplier relationships Stock management and control of availability of goods Delivery date monitoring Data and document maintenance Sales support Creation of order confirmations and invoices Preparation of work orders for storage and production Close communication with the sales service Logistics & import settlement of goods and exits Coordination of forwarding and transport service providers

A completed commercial or technical training, an economic or technical study or a comparable qualification Ideally, wholesale knowledge, preferably even in the industrial sector A structured and careful way of working with fun in communication and organization Want to work on new topics Safe handling of MS Office, ideally first contact points with goods management systems (e.g. Sage) Good English skills in word and writing – other languages are a plus, but no need
