Team Lead DevOps (m/f/d)

You take over the professional and organizational management of the DevOps team and promote the further development of the team members. You automate and develop our Microsoft Azure Hyperscaler infrastructure with Terraform, OpenTofu or Ansible. You define and optimize CI/CD processes and ensure efficient build, test and deployment pipelines (GitLab CI). You are responsible for the operation, scaling and continuous optimization of the automated Azure infrastructure. You establish and improve monitoring, logging and alerting solutions to ensure availability and performance. You advise development teams and stakeholders in architectural decisions and promote DevOp's best practices. You control automation initiatives, develop central systems and ensure sustainable processes and documentation standards.

You have a degree in computer science, a comparable training or several years of relevant professional experience in the DevOps environment. You bring several years of experience in a DevOps or comparable role as well as first leadership experience. You have profound experience with Microsoft Azure and hybrid cloud environments. You have good knowledge of container technologies such as Docker and ideally Kubernetes. You have experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or OpenTofu. You're sure to handle CI/CD tools like GitLab CI or Jenkins. You have good knowledge of at least one script language, for example Python, Go or Bash. You are characterized by pronounced communication strength, decision-making and a structured and solution-oriented manner. You have fluent German and good English skills.
