Shift Supervisor Picking (m/f/d)

Responsibility for day-to-day operations in commissioning Ensure smooth processes and compliance with quality, performance and deadlines Staff classification and coordination according to qualification and deployment planning Support in the planning and implementation of projects and in process optimization Contact person for employees in shift operation and interface to adjacent specialist areas

Complete vocational training in the field of logistics (in stock logistics or comparable) Ideally, a further training to the logistics master or a comparable additional qualification Experience in a leadership position desirable Experience in Shopfloor Management as well as in the application of 5S methods desirable Self-employed, structured and responsible working methods as well as strong team and communication skills Good computer skills High self-motivation, resilience and flexibility Valid forklift (forced required) Willingness to work in the shift system Embossed Hands-on-Mentality
