The cross-sectional business unit “Kernbank & Payment Transport” is responsible for the central core banking and payment transport applications and thus supports the needs-oriented business areas in their responsibility to ensure the holistic control and further development of the customer- and sparkass demand areas. Protective applications with high availability requirements shape the business area's responsibility. The increasing importance of information security, ICT risk management and operational resilience as the entry into force of the DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) regulation therefore requires comprehensive measures to protect against threats in this area.
