You lead and develop a team of in-house trainers. You are responsible for performing various training and workshop formats in German and English. You design innovative training concepts and documents for different target groups. You identify the training needs and develop tailor-made development programs. You contribute to an internationally oriented training strategy taking into account local features. You ensure the quality and effectiveness of training and development measures and ensure consistent implementation of global training processes and objectives. You support the implementation of new learning technologies and methods.

You have a degree in HR/Personal Management, Psychology, Adult Education, etc. and have a well-founded trainer training. You have disciplinary leadership experience and multi-year professional experience as a trainer. You have a proactive, team-oriented mindset and have excellent communication and presentation skills. You have a high level of creativity and innovation in the development of new learning content and training concepts. Ideally, you have extensive experience with learning platforms and e-learning tools and also have very good MS Office skills. You have knowledge of German and English in word and writing (min. C1 level). You have a readiness to travel in Europe.
