You assume the overall responsibility for maintaining the value of the building stock of AOK Niedersachsen at around 100 locations predominantly owned by AOK Niedersachsen. In addition, you are responsible for the strategic development of modern office work environments and ensure compliance with legal requirements, technical standards and company-wide sustainability targets. In doing so, you evaluate and prioritize construction, refurbishment and workplace projects taking into account economic efficiency, operational safety and strategic corporate objectives. You define higher-level standards for construction, equipment and jobs, develop cross-departmental project teams and ensure seamless integration of new workplace concepts in construction and renovation processes. In addition, you are responsible for the further development of contracts and work closely with relevant interfaces such as purchasing, procurement, IT and legal department. In the area of controlling and controlling, you define budgets, define KPIs, establish risk management and create sound economic analysis and decision templates for the management of the company. As a manager, you plan and control the task distribution for a team of 10 people, promote your employees in a targeted manner and create a motivating and transparent working atmosphere.

You have a (special) university degree in civil and engineering sciences, economic engineering, architecture or a comparable field of study with multiannual professional experience in the field of work and practical experience in management and coordination functions. You have a well-founded knowledge of the building industry as well as in the planning and installation of modern office spaces. In addition, you will bring a good understanding of business and property concepts. You have gained experience in project management and management of workshops. Ideally, you have knowledge in public procurement and contract law as well as in relevant regulations such as DIN/ISO and GEFMA.
