Deputy Production Manager for Prefabricated Pits (m/f/d)

Our client is a second-generation, medium-sized metal construction company with approx. 70 employees who, for almost 40 years, have also taken up a leading position in the field of prefabricated assembly pits in addition to the classic performance in metal construction (Schlosserei, Stahlbau, Konstruktion, Zuschnitt, blasttechnik).

In the course of an orderly succession of age, we occupy exclusively, in full-time and indefinitely at the next possible start time, the position as a deputy production manager (m/w/d) in the area of pre-assembly pits for our client in the district of Biberach/Riss.

Responsibility for work preparation, planning, control and monitoring of all manufacturing and assembly processes including personnel, capacity, material and scheduling Ensuring quality, efficiency and timely project execution and continuous cost monitoring Technical management of the 24 employees in manufacturing and assembly, welding supervision, quality testing and determination of training and development requirements Responsibility for compliance with relevant standards and standards (including DIN EN 1090, ISO 3834, ISO 9001) and monitoring of occupational safety Contact person for customers, processing complaints, creation of offers, work orders and technical documentation

Complete technical training with training as master, technician or a comparable qualification in metal or Steel construction Multiannual leadership experience in manufacturing as well as strong ability to motivate and successfully lead employees Knowledge of steel and metal construction and relevant standards and quality requirements. Knowledge in the Water Budget Act of Benefit Safe handling of technical drawings and CAD systems (e.g. AutoCAD or Autodesk) Ideally knowledge of welding technology as a welding specialist and material engineering as well as experience in painting Structured, responsible and customer-oriented working with good organizational skills
