Coordination, control and monitoring of fully automated paint system Discipline and organisational management of employees in inter-shift operation Documentation and evaluation of organisational disorders Processing complaints and introducing appropriate countermeasures Support in conducting audits and internal and external customer appointments

Completed technical design, preferably as painter, process mechanic for coating technology or comparable Technical and process understanding First leadership experiences desirable Knowledge in handling computer systems (MS-Office, ERP software) Self-employed and result- and performance-oriented thinking and working methods Communication and enforcement strength Layer readiness in 3 layer operation
