For our location in Cologne, we are looking for reinforcement to support our operational activities in the holistic project development of condominiums.

Tasks of the role Demanding and attractive - your tasks can be seen. Project management: You take responsibility for the development of residential real estate projects – from purchase to planning and construction to completion. Economic responsibility: You manage the project budget and make sure that the development is completed on time and within the budget. Strategic development: You identify new development possibilities and perform feasibility analyses. Coordination of external partners: You control architects and engineers in design and planning. Contract negotiations: You negotiate contracts with real estate owners, contractors, landlords, tenants and government agencies. Approval processes: You are responsible for building law creation (§34 and §31 BauGB, B-Plan creation) and coordinates the votes with authorities. Collaboration with Finance: Together with the Finance team, you will ensure the financing of development. Sales strategy: Together with the sales management, you take responsibility for sales documents, commissioning and project finishing (incl. statement of division). Sustainability: You make sure that sustainability aspects are taken into account in project development. Stakeholder Management: You're planning relationships with local authorities, community representatives and the construction work.

You are created for this place – your profile fits perfectly. You bring a completed degree in real estate, civil engineering, architecture, economic engineering or a comparable qualification. You are routined and have several years of experience in the development of residential real estate projects from acquisition to completion and handover. You have a sound knowledge of project development, building law, contract negotiations and financing. Your analytical and structured working methods as well as your negotiation skills are particularly distinguished. Your professional communication at all levels facilitates everyday work. Project management is up to you: you keep in mind numbers and processes, your projects are targeted and coordinate relevant Sparrings partners:in. You are strong in communication and meet the appropriate sound in conversation with teammates, clients, executives, service providers. IT tools for data management, cost control as well as presentations can be safely mastered. High self-initiative, team spirit and organizational strength complete your profile. Negotiating German skills and English skills are advantageous.
