Holistic support of a customer base assigned to you Processing and answering customer requests by phone and email clarification of concerns about service leasing, contract changes and questions about our portal Compliance with service-level agreements and quality standards Collection, prioritization and tracking of customer requests in the ticket system Close coordination with internal interfaces for solving customer requests Active participation and further development of our support processes

Completed commercial training or comparable qualification Mind. 2 years of experience in customer service, sales support or a comparable function Friendly, secure appearance on the phone as well as a clear, understandable expression in word and writing Structured and solution-oriented operation Hands-on-Mentiality in the Daily Processing of Operational Daily Business Safe handling of the MS Office package Interested in bringing AI tools into support everyday Team skills and joy in dealing with different customer groups
