As LEAN Specialist (m/w/d) you support the construction teams in implementing LEAN Construction and are constantly working on the development of new LEAN methods in our group. Support for operational areas in the implementation of construction process management taking into account the LEAN methods, values and principles Responsible planning and implementation of LEAN workshops at the construction sites for the creation of holistic construction processes along the value chain Transparent control of the progress of construction by using digital clock control panels Cooperation in the interconnection of cross-departmental applications (BIM, LEAN, Baulogistik, AV) in the sense of efficient, digital and model-based construction process processing Responsibility for the cross-project and continuous improvement and optimization of our LEAN methodology as well as the tools used

Complete studies with field of civil engineering, industrial engineering, process engineering or comparable discipline Multiannual professional experience as a construction manager: in, project manager: in or in a comparable function Great enthusiasm for LEAN, agile workings and other modern philosophies/methodics Readiness to travel within NRW Enthusiasm for innovation, change and process optimization Convincing and sovereign appearance
