Head of Division (m/f/d)

You take on the technical and organizational responsibility of six residential areas and two day-care facilities. You are responsible for the implementation of the concepts, the economic management, the management of the occupancy and the personnel deployment as well as the proper reporting to the cost carrier. Together with the teams, you make sure that the clients are supported as needed. You cooperate with other institutions, such as clinics, doctors, ambulances and training institutions. You are responsible for implementing legal requirements and quality management, ensuring the quality of care in all areas of work and their further development.

You have a completed training as a social pedagogue/worker, medical pedagogue, curative nurse or educator (m/w/d) and brings professional experience in working with people with cognitive impairment. As an experienced manager, you can safely apply principles and instruments of good employee management. You share our quality requirements and work to fulfill them. The legal and technical foundations of disability and integration aid are certainly applied. You are owned by a passenger car license and know the common PC applications.

You earn between €5.436 and €6.963 depending on the qualification and professional experience (based on TVöD Group S18). In addition, there is an annual special payment of 85% of the monthly salary and an occupational pension scheme. With the “Vitos Card” you get a pay extra of up to 50 € per month; tax- and social insurance-free for shopping, tanking, supermarkets or in the restaurant.
