The evangelical regional association Frankfurt and Offenbach is looking for a specialized area of Evangelical day facilities for children at the closest possible time

(in full time, 39 hours per week, unlimited) We love what we do. For in all our engagements we focus on the dignity of each individual person. In our 200 social institutions in the fields of counselling, education, youth work, deacons, pastoral care and evangelical day care for children in Frankfurt and Offenbach, we work closely with 2,300 employees of different professions. We accompany, advise and serve people of all ages and many different situations of life – from the youngest to the elders. The Evangelical Regional Association of Frankfurt and Offenbach (ERV) and its deacons are thus one of the great supporters of ecclesiastical, social and diaconic work in the two main metropols. Design – for strong kitas in Frankfurt and Offenbach: In the area of Evangelical day facilities, we are responsible for some 80 Protestant Krabbelstuben, Kitas and Horte. As a umbrella association we represent together with approx. 36 other community kitas are the interests of a total of 116 evangelical institutions – together with dedicated people who love the organization and appreciate social impact. Basic: Completed pedagogical higher education or comparable qualification with long-term professional experience Ideally: completed training for systemic advice; Qualification in the field of quality management Knowledge: Very good knowledge in the field of pedagogy, inclusion and development psychology as well as the Hessian educational and educational plan, basics of religious education are desirable Strengths: Self-responsive work in complex relationships, very good rhetorical communication skills, high social and conceptual competence, methodological competence and very good computer skills Solution orientation: High level of intercultural competence, team skills, creativity and commitment The Evangelical Church in Frankfurt and Offenbach promotes the opportunities of women in the profession.
