Control and Planning Officer (m/f/d)

Strengthen our team in Straubing and take a key role in the strategic development of our telephone service center. As a 'Referent Control and Planning', you contribute directly to the success of ADAC Südbayern e.V. by ensuring efficiency and service quality at the highest level.

In this context, you are responsible for: Strategic capacity control: You plan and control our resources based on sound KPI analyses to ensure optimal accessibility. Performance management: You evaluate campaigns based on results and derive stressable recommendations for action. Economic process optimization: You analyze the operational performance and identify optimization requirements taking into account economic aspects. Forecasting & deployment planning: Precise forecasts provide the basis for demand-oriented and efficient personnel deployment planning. Reporting: You are responsible for regular reporting and create the basis for strategic decisions through transparent data processing.

Qualification: You have a relevant degree (e.g. business management) or a commercial training with a corresponding qualified training. Expertise: You look back on several years of professional experience in control and planning within a modern contact center. Methodology competence: Funded knowledge in project and process management as well as a safe handling of industry-specific KPIs are your distinguishing feature. Operation: You act proactively, work structured and convince by your pronounced communication strength at different hierarchical levels. IT-Skills: A sovereign handling of the current MS Office applications (especially Excel) is assumed.
