Senior Consultant Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance (m/f/d)

ERP consulting with Focus Finance: You will advise our customers on the introduction and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance – from conception to customization to go-live and stabilization of ongoing operations. End-to-end finance processes: You analyze finance and controlling processes, translate technical requirements into D365 finance solutions and efficiently map core processes such as main book, debitors, creditors, asset accounting and payment transactions. Migration & Modernization: You support customers in modernising their ERP landscape, such as changing on-premises systems or older Microsoft ERP solutions to the cloud with Dynamics 365 Finance. Integration & Architecture: Together with colleagues, you are planning integrations of Dynamics 365 Finance into surrounding systems (e.g. CRM, Data & Analytics, third-party systems) and look forward to a high-performance, sustainable and well-maintainable architecture. Project work & control: You take responsibility in projects – from subproject management in finance stream to technical coordination to support in test and cutover management. Training, enablement & Best Practices: You carry out workshops and trainings with specialist areas and key users, build know-how with the customer and actively introduce best practices as well as new D365 finance and cloud features into our projects.

Professional Experience & D365-Finance: You usually have at least five years experience in ERP environment with a focus on finance/controlling – ideally as an external or in-house consultant or key user – and have been working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance for several years; Experience with previous versions like Dynamics AX is a plus. Technical D365-Finance Expert: You know the finance modules of Dynamics 365 Finance (e.g., Main Book, Debitors/Creditors, Investments, Cash & Bank, Taxes) in detail and have already designed, introduced or significantly developed them in projects. Process and method competence: You understand business relationships in finance and controlling, recognize optimization potentials in end-to-end processes and are familiar with typical ERP processes (Fit/Gap analysis, Blueprint, realization, Test, Cutover, Hypercare); you work structured, solution-oriented and quality-conscious. Communication & Team-Mindset: You explain complex issues address-oriented – both towards finance and towards IT. You will certainly be in workshops, rounds of votes and management and will be happy to share your knowledge with the team. AI Competence: You use AI tools in your area of expertise, evaluate the results critically and support customers and adessi to use potentials of AI. Language skills: Your very good knowledge of German and good English allows you to communicate safely.
