Own management of HR projects with different priorities, e.g. employee surveys using Pulse Surveys or Employer Branding Development and creation of project-related reports, presentations, evaluations/analysis or complete concepts Ensuring communication and organisational project management between internal and external project participants and stakeholders Research and analysis of information and target group-oriented processing of internal and external information Monitoring and adaptation of the progress of individual projects, associated budgets and timetables

Successfully completed economic psychology studies or comparable courses with HR focus Several years of experience in HR project management Experiences in different areas of HR are advantageous Communication skills, analytical skills and strategic thinking Excellent organizational skills, working in the team is of course for you Representative written and oral communication skills German language skills and excellent English skills
