We are looking for you and your expertise as a Business Continuity Manager (w/m/d) to strengthen our CFO team. You are responsible for the group-wide BCM for the IONOS Group in close cooperation with the existing risk management and information security organisations within the IONOS Group and the United Internet Group. Your challenge in this cross-functional team is the coordination, implementation and further development of our BCMS. Responsibility for the operation of a global BCMS for the IONOS Group with the aim of holistic continuity management. Optimization and further development of existing processes and methods. Expert advice on projects, measures and processes in the BCM with the aim of maintaining and ensuring regular business processes. Regular support of the business partners in carrying out the BCM processes. Close cooperation with all corporate departments of the United Internet Group, as well as the different business units of the IONOS Group and the Business Partners in the implementation of BCM processes.

Qualifications Successfully completed studies (Bachelor/Master) BWL, Business Informatics or a comparable qualification. At least 5 years of professional experience in business continuity management or corresponding consulting. Knowledge of methods and tools in holistic business continuity management. Good expertise of relevant laws, standards and standards for business continuity management systems and information security management systems (in particular ISO 22301, BSI 200-4, ISO/IEC 27001, BSI 200-1 to 200-3, KRITIS, NIS-2). Good presentation and communication skills for the preparation of complex issues to different stakeholders including the Executive Board and Supervisory Board. Embossed analytical and conceptual skills. Self-employed and structured working methods. Language knowledge: German and English fluent. If you do not cover all points: no problem.
